When you do purchase from this site, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy .
Complete Product Satisfaction – We stand behind the quality of our products and we want your complete satisfaction, so if there is ever an issue, we will resolve to fix it. We simply ask that you contact our customer service department immediately upon receipt of the product to explain the nature of the problem or defect. We’ll make it right by reprinting and shipping at no cost to you, or crediting your account so you can place a new order.
Delivery Standards – Delivery time is not 100% guaranteed. We are subject to the freight companies we work with, however, UPS is known for dependable freight services. Items that are too large to ship via FedEx may be purchased and picked up at Will Call at 11106 Northup Way, Bellevue WA 98004.
Standard Print Time – Before placing your order, please take into consideration both printing and shipping times in order to meet your desired deadline. After an order is placed, our standard print time is 3-5 business days before it gets shipped to you.
Rush Orders – You can choose to rush the printing of your order for an additional cost. This will rush your project to the front of the production line so it can be printed within 24 hours from the time your order is placed.
Flat-Rate Shipping – All orders ship at a flat rate within one of two tiers: standard shipments or large shipments. We are pleased to offer FREE ground (standard shipping) on most products. The flat rate for our shipping tiers are as follows:
